Deliverable Areas: We deliver anywhere in India. Exact deliverable area is determined by the set of PIN codes we service and it is subject to change without any prior notice. Users can check the serviceable area of a particular product by entering their PIN code to check the eligibility in the respective product pages. This will display whether the product can be delivered to the area covered under the PIN code you have entered. Additionally it displays whether cash on delivery (COD) is available for your area for that particular product. It also displays the estimated delivery time. Please note it is only indicative. This facility is also available in the cart and the checkout page. Users of the mobile apps can check only in the checkout section of the mobile app. Free Shipping – Eligibility: We offer Free Shipping on all your orders of total value of Rs.400 and above subject to certain conditions. Free shipping is applicable to single destination only i.e shipping will be done only to the specified single shipping address. Changing destinations, canceling / combining your orders, changes in mode of shipping may affect your Free Shipping eligibility. We reserve our right to make changes in our Free Shipping policy at any time. Big items and small items will not qualify for this Free Shipping. Delivery Charges: Shipping charges are relatively higher in cases of small items as such delivery charges of Rs.50 is charged on all items of purchase value below Rs.400. This charge is subject to change without any prior notice as it is determined from time to time. Delivery time: We aim to provide quick turn around times for shipping facilitated by our business and delivery model. The usual delivery times range from same – business day, next – business day and two business days deliveries. However, In certain cases the time taken maybe a little more and may take upto 5 working days or more. Delivery time depends on the sourcing time required for that particular product, availability of the product, the delivery location of that product, Courier partner’s delivery time to that particular location etc. As such we cannot guarantee the delivery times. While we are taking all care in keeping up the delivery schedule, we do not accept any responsibility for the possible delay in delivery timings that maybe caused due to some external factors in the normal course of business practices. Delivery days: We deliver on all working days from Monday to Saturday excluding Sundays and all Public holidays. Delivery Mode: To ensure the delivery of products in good condition and in time (to the extent possible), we ship the products through reputed and standard courier partners and Indian post/speedpost only. Depending on the proximity to our fulfillment centers we would choose the best mode of delivery among courier, self-fulfillment or India post/speedpost. Users have the option of in-store pickup as well subject to producing the invoice and confirmation SMS. Delivery time for Multiple orders: In view of the different sourcing time and availability of the products under multiple orders, it may not be always possible to ship all the ordered items under multiple order in one single consignment. In such cases, we may have to ship them in more than one shipment. Invoice: All items of shipping will invariably be done with an Invoice with all details on Pricing, Tax, and other relevant charges if any for that product/s. Additional Charges: There are no additional or hidden charges in Shopnovachennai.in. Prices mentioned against products are final and inclusive of all taxes, etc. Delivery charges (if applicable ) is displayed in the final checkout page during checkout. Tracking: You can check the current status of your order in our website by logging into your account at https://www.shopnovachennai.in/my-account/ or if you have not registered you can check at this link https://www.shopnovachennai.in/track-order/. Further as soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified via email and or SMS. This notification will contain the courier tracking code if shipped via courier. With the help of it you can track your shipment status. Non-delivery of items after Delivery date: Please check the status of delivery in tracking: For status of “ Delivered “ cases please check locally for all possibilities of items received and lying unnoticed – checking with family members or others. For status of “ Undelivered “ cases ( might be returned undelivered for want of correct address or for other reasons) please write to us with correct shipping address for re-shipping. In such case re-shipping cost is chargeable.
