Return and Refunds Policy
General: We have a simple, hassle free return policy wherein customers can return the product received within 48 hours of receiving the product subject to the terms and conditions stipulated herein below.
Types of Returns: Product not received in good condition or product received in defective or damaged conditions.
Damaged/Tampered delivery: For products received not in good condition or package received is tampered or damaged replacement of that product is made subject to the availability of that product at that time.
Return solutions: Replacement is subject to the availability of that product with the suppliers at that time. In case of non-availability of the product refund in full will be made.
Important: The product is to be returned by the customer in it’s original – unused condition. The product is to be returned with all it’s original packaging, price tags, labels, box, and other accessory items if any. That is in the same condition as received in sealed and unopened condition. Invoice is also to be returned after retaining a copy for their record. For fashion items the original tags on the items must be intact. Any sign of usage will lead to your return claim getting rejected.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Return Restrictions: We will not be in a position to entertain any request for returns if such return request is made to us after stipulated time frame of 48 hours of your receiving the product. In such cases returns are not possible. For products falling under categories (Electronics, Gadgets, Mobile Phones, Computers, Laptops, Tablets, Cameras, etc.) the products cannot be returned for reasons other than either defective or damaged on arrival. However if any other manufacturing defect or damage is noticed after the stipulated time frame of 48 hours, we need a DOA ( Dead on Arrival ) Certificate from the authorized service center. Such certificates are to be obtained from the respective Brand’s authorized service center only. We could process the replacement/refund process only in cases where the return is accompanied with the DOA certificate as mentioned above. Please note most of the manufacturers accept the DOA device claimed only within 7 days of the purchase or activation of the product.
Return is not possible for defectiveness that are covered under warranty clauses of the manufacturers. In such case you need to get in touch with the manufacturer to claim your warranty.
Return is not possible in cases where the product is damaged due to its use or consumption or wrong installation and not in the same condition as received.
Products returned with tampered or missing serial numbers or identification are not eligible for return.
Products returned without original packing, labels, box, tags, Invoice and other relevant accessories of that product.
Products with any damage or defect which is not covered under the warranty clauses of the manufacturer are not eligible for return.
Return Packing: For all returns please ensure a safe and secured packing of the product and its shipping through reliable courier services to guard against any possible damages during transit.
Return Process: Returns are simple and easy. For all eligible returns please request your return through email at [email protected] or call us at +91 9962586000 within 48 hours of your receiving the product. We will ensure the replacement of the product to you subject to its availability at that time. In case of non-availability of the product we will ensure the full refund to you. The refund will be made to you in the same mode of payment the order was placed.
Return Process is as follows: a) Please check the return eligibility of the product as per our Return policy. b) For all eligible return raise your return request through email at [email protected] or call us at +91 9962586000 within 48 hours of your receiving the product. c) You will receive a notification from us authorizing the return of the product and instruction as the case maybe to ship the product on your own effort or the availability of return pickup from our side. d) Repack the items with its all original packing, price tags, labels, box, Invoice and ensure its re- shipping to us through popular and reliable courier service as stated above. If return pickup from our side is authorized, then our authorized person or courier person would come and collect the product from you. e) Do not ship the item on your own without hearing back from us. We are not responsible for loss of any unauthorized return shipment from your side. d) Retain the original courier receipt for claiming re-shipping charges. Send the scanned copy of the courier receipt through email to us. e) On receipt of the product in its original condition we will inspect and notify you about the receipt of your product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after determining the eligibility. Then if found eligible for refund, we will initiate the process of replacement or refund as stated above f) Replacement is made subject to the availability of the product from the respective supplier or g) Refund is made to you in full including the re-shipping charges.

Tracking Return: You will receive a notification once an eligible refund or replacement has been processed from our side. You can also contact our customer care to check the status of your return request.
Cancellations: Cancellation is possible till the time the product is shipped from our end. i.e a) at the first stage before its shipping. In all such cases the restocking fee of 10% on order value will be charged. Once we initiate the shipping of your order the cancellation of an order is not possible. To know whether the product is shipped or not you can check it through the order tracking in our website as detailed above. You would also receive a notification once your order ships. Please note that there could a delay between actual shipping and the order status update at the website/email notification. In such cases please call us to know the immediate shipment status of the order.
General: While every effort will be made at our end for the replacement of a brand new product it always depends on the availability of that particular product from the suppliers at that time. In such cases where the product is not available we will refund the amount in full to you.
Refund for non-available Products: While we make every effort to fulfill the delivery of the order you place with us, in a rare case either due to the non-availability of stocks with our supplying partners or products that just became out of market we would not be able to fulfill the order. In such cases we will refund the amount in full to you.
Refund Process: Once the product is received back in it’s original condition sent, we will initiate the refund process. Refund will be done in the same mode of payment as we received the payment from you.
Mode of Refund: The refund will be made to you in the same mode of payment the order was placed. That is a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or bank account within a certain amount of time.
Refund process time: Once the refund is confirmed by us we will send an email to you confirming our initiation of the refund process. Normal turn around time for refunds is 7 to 21 working days. The turn around time for refund depends on the time taken by any third party involved in that process like Banks, Payment gateways etc. In cases of any undue delay if any please write to us.
